CANS/JARS 5 oz. Tuna **, all varieties of soup **, apple sauce, broth - beef/chicken, canned beans, canned fruits **, canned juice, canned meats/fish, canned tomatoes, canned vegetables, chili, condiments, cranberry sauce, evaporated milk, gravy (all meat types), greens, jellies, any flavor mixed vegetables**, peanut butter 18 oz.**, pie fillings, pork & beans**, potatoes, sweet potatoes, white ravioli**, spaghetti sauce**, spaghetti/meatballs**, tomato paste, tomato sauce.
BABY ITEMS: boxed cereal, fruits for babies, juices for babies, veggies for babies, diapers, baby clothing .
If you can provide any of the following items, please let us know at 352-748-2553. Otherwise, we must purchase these items just prior to each opening day. 1# cheese**, 1# loaf bread**, 1# margarine**, Eggs**, Produce**, Meat** .
We are only present to receive food on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM unless prior arrangements are made for another appointment.
Please do not leave perishable food when we are not here.
We have sufficient refrigeration capacity for large quantities. **Starred items are part of our basic food package for all families.
NONFOOD DONATIONS
We also accept serviceable men's, women's, and children's clothing as well as SMALL houseware items.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS FURNITURE, BEDS, OR APPLIANCES due to storage limitations.
We can always use CLEANING/HBA, paper towels, toilet tissue, 16 oz. dish detergent, 32 oz. laundry soap, soap/toothpaste, cleaning products, hygiene products, towels, linens, adult diapers.
MISCELLANEOUS: egg cartons (1 dozen), 1 quart storage bags
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER PICK-UP SERVICE.
Our DONOR Lane is open during daylight hours. If you require assistance with your donation, please bring the items during our Tuesday morning hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon) when staff are present to assist you.
